• Tiger To Let board.
• Professional photographs.
• Office window dispay.
• Advertising on the internet.
• Carry out all the viewing appointments for you.
• A full and FREE professional inventory (with photos) which the tenants will be issued.
• Help with the transfer of the tenants utility bills into their name.
• We can organise EPC’s, plus the annual landlords gas safety certificate and electrical certification if necessary.
• We will handle the paperwork to register and unregister the tenants deposit with MyDeposits.co.uk or the DPS.
• You will receive a rent statement each month detailing rental income and expenditure communicating any monthly ‘news’ from the​ property.

• The balance of rent transferred direct to your nominated bank account by BACS each month (within 7 days of receipt).
• We tackle most jobs costing less than £100 ourselves but would check with you before instructing any work likely to cost more than that (except in an emergency situation). Maintenance work will be organised either by in-house maintenance team or with your contractors.
• We look after your tenants and property and carry out maintenance inspections at the property about every 4 months.
• We can also give you HMO advice, and any work we do completing HMO licence application forms is free to landlords of properties we​ manage.

There is NO registration fee required for this service or registration period applied, and this is a ‘No Let No Fee’ service.
